Lead PCB programs at TTM Technologies, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams across customer accounts.

As Program Manager, you own delivery from quotation through full-scale production, including NPI, prototypes, and volume transitions. You represent customer needs internally while managing milestones, risks, quality, costs, and schedules. The work requires PCB fabrication knowledge, customer-facing communication, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer programs
- Coordinate NPI, prototype builds, and volume production transitions
- Track delivery, yield, cost, RMA, and scorecard metrics
- Resolve schedule, quality, and customer issues proactively




- Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality activities

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in customer-facing manufacturing program management
- At least three years in program or project management
- Working knowledge of PCB fabrication and manufacturability
- Oracle ERP or MRP experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive manufacturing experience
