Cresta is seeking a senior software engineer in Canada to design and operate real-time AI agent infrastructure, delivering low-latency runtimes for voice and chat agents and a serverless-style function platform. You will own session management and multi-channel support in a Kubernetes-based environment.

You will build developer tooling, CLI tools, SDKs, and local dev environments, improve production observability, on-call readiness, and code quality, and mentor others as part of a cooperative,
