Lead cybersecurity project delivery at GoSecure using client relationship management and cross-functional coordination in a full time Service Management Office role.

This Project Manager works alongside IT security professionals across GoSecure’s professional services projects. The position manages customers, quality, budgets, efforts, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. It covers client-facing engagements, resource planning, reporting, and operational performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and serve as primary engagement contact
- Plan and oversee projects through initiation, closure, and delivery
- Maintain schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports
- Coordinate resources, dependencies, governance meetings, and client stakeholders
- Track financials,



utilization, satisfaction, performance, and delivery improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field
- At least three years’ project management or related experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Experience managing client engagements and cross-functional teams
- Cybersecurity or managed security services knowledge considered an asset
