Capco seeks a Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of Java experience for a major technology modernization initiative. You will work with Java 6/8, JBoss, Struts, JDK 17, Spring Boot, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS. The role spans design, development, testing, deployment, and production release across Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Refactor legacy Java applications toward JDK 17 and Spring Boot
- Design and enhance Java back-end services and TypeScript components
- Containerize applications with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes




- Integrate enterprise authentication and SSO using Okta and Spring SAML
- Deliver technical design through CI/CD, deployment, and release

Requirements:

- 8+ years of Java development and extensive back-end expertise
- Experience with Java 6/8, JBoss, Struts, and Spring Boot
- Hands-on TypeScript, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, and DevOps
- Relational database experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and DB2
