This permanent, full time Tax Manager manages a portfolio of tax services clients and leads tax planning engagements. You will work with Partners and senior staff while guiding Managers and professional staff. The position supports strong client outcomes, practice quality, and operational efficiency through review, leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tax strategies with Partners and senior staff
- Perform technical research and document clear recommendations
- Manage client portfolios, engagements, budgets, WIP, variances, and billing
- Review tax returns and other staff-prepared tax work




- Mentor teams and cultivate client service opportunities

Requirements:

- Chartered Professional Accountant designation or equivalent
- Completed CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Master of Tax Program
- Minimum three years of relevant tax experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Caseware, TaxPrep, and research software
- Strong communication, leadership, and trusted-advisor relationship skills
