Fortra is seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience to lead the regional PX strategy and operations across Canada, the US, and LatAm. You will guide a regional PX team, advise leaders on complex employee matters, and ensure compliant, high-impact practices across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with global PX Centers of Excellence to translate strategies into regional solutions, drive performance, engagement, and talent programs, and continuously improve the employee experience.
