As an experienced HR & Safety Manager, you will report to the President and serve on the Senior Management Team. The position oversees Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Benefits. You will align people initiatives with business objectives while supporting employee engagement, talent development, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Benefits
- Develop workforce planning and talent development strategies
- Oversee safety compliance, training, audits, and investigations
- Guide recruitment, onboarding, transitions, and offboarding
- Monitor HR metrics, budgets, systems,



and reporting

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Five to seven years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience overseeing payroll, perks, and occupational health and safety
- Knowledge of legislation, employee relations, compensation, and performance management
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and AI tools
