Salesforce Skilled Services seeks an Engagement Delivery Leader for complex, enterprise, and strategic programs. You will guide technical and non-technical consultants while managing customer relationships, deliverables, methodology, contracts review, and financials. The work connects people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead program teams through communication, direction, motivation, and governance
- Serve as primary customer interface for Salesforce engagements
- Build project plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues
- Lead multiple projects with complex cross-functional teams




- Facilitate requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing sign-off

Requirements:

- 10+ years managing projects and programs for external consulting clients
- 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements strongly preferred
- 5+ years supporting Public Sector Professional Services preferred
- Experience managing teams, budgets, schedules, and $15 million budgets
- Canadian citizenship and eligibility for Canadian Government Security Clearance
