Hollyburn Properties seeks a Resident Manager for its 45-unit, nine-floor Shannon Tower in Oakridge. The role supports tenants, manages rentals, maintains the building, and provides relief coverage two days weekly. Regular days off are Sunday and Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Enforce provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Supervise security, safety, and emergency response procedures
- Manage rentals, tenant paperwork, and reference checks
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs

Requirements:

- Ability to live in office at the property
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Two years of related experience ideally preferred
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25–50 pounds
