Kasper Group seeks an experienced Construction Safety Officer and First Aid Attendant for a project with approximately 100 workers. Reporting to project leadership, you will coordinate daily safety activities and first aid response. The work involves supervisors, tradespeople, and subcontractors. Key skills include WorkSafeBC regulations, site inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first aid treatment and coordinate emergency medical response
- Conduct orientations, inspections, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
- Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors
- Maintain first aid,



incident, inspection, and training records
- Monitor compliance with WorkSafeBC requirements and site procedures

Requirements:

- Advanced First Aid or Occupational First Aid Level 3 certification
- Recognized Construction Safety Officer certification
- British Columbia construction site safety experience
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
- Availability full time onsite in Surrey and authorization to work Canada
