The Associate Key Account Manager is a developmental sales leadership role reporting to the Senior Retail Sales & Key Account Manager. You will support customer requests, promotional execution, item setup, account maintenance, presentations, business reviews, and category planning. The position develops future Key Account Management capability through analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Walmart requests, promotions, item setup, and maintenance
- Prepare customer presentations and business review materials
- Monitor sales, inventory, trends, and promotional effectiveness




- Coordinate launches, assortment changes, and customer initiatives
- Support field sales reporting, updates, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma; BBA or B.Comm preferred
- Three-plus years in CPG Customer Development
- Three-plus years in Customer Manager or Analyst roles
- Proficiency in Retail Link, Scintilla, and NielsenIQ Discover
- Advanced Excel and southern Ontario residency required
