The Manager, Corporate Services provides strategic oversight and operational management for WellFort’s Decision Support function. This permanent, full time role oversees reporting processes, dashboards, data quality, and performance measurement. It also supports privacy compliance, database administration, and executive reporting for organizational planning and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Decision Support operations and organizational performance reporting
- Oversee dashboards, scorecards, databases, and reporting platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and confidentiality
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to leadership




- Promote evidence-informed decision-making and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, health administration, informatics, or information technology
- Three to five years’ progressive Decision Support and IT experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Experience with database administration and systems management
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word and Excel
