This Waste Management Engineer position supports Dillon’s Waste Management team across Calgary or Edmonton. You will manage solid waste projects, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to facility design, permitting, and construction oversight. The work includes landfill, transfer station, and compost facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate solid waste management projects
- Review landfill, transfer station, and compost facility designs
- Prepare technical reports, assessments, permits, and public documents
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineers, planners,



and environmental scientists
- Develop proposals, client presentations, and business opportunities

Requirements:

- Degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering
- Professional Engineer licence in Alberta or eligibility within six months
- Minimum five years’ solid waste management experience
- Ten years’ experience and leadership capabilities
- Solid communication and client relationship management skills
