Teach biology in French at TFS’s Toronto campus, using active learning and clear student progress tracking. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Principal or delegate, the Biology Teacher supports Senior School students from Collège through Lycée. The position involves planning course activities, understanding varied student needs, and using resources that motivate learners. The teacher also builds trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a supportive workplace for student learning goals
- Plan biology course materials and classroom activities
- Use resources that enhance active learning
- Track assignments and provide useful feedback
- Build trusting relationships across the school community

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written French and English
- Certified teacher with an education degree
- Ability to teach in French at native-language level
- Knowledge of the French curriculum
- Biology teaching experience; International Baccalaureate knowledge is an asset
