Headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey (U.Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer Employment Type: Full time We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, Guidewire Integration Framework, web services, APIs, and Insurance P&C; domain knowledge.

Develop REST and SOAP web services using Guidewire Integration Framework. Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter components including PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes. Build and consume APIs for policy administration, billing, claims, document management, and third-party vendor integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities. Create technical design documentation and integration specifications.





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ~5+ years of software development experience. ~Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration ~ Gosu Programming ~ REST/SOAP Web Services ~ JSON/XML ~ SQL and Relational Databases ~ Java/J2EE Experience with Kafka, Microservices, Spring Boot, or Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Builds, ships and permanently owns AI-native systems end to end in a small Frontier pod, and is measured on the customer outcome the pod commits to, not on technical throughput alone.
