Cronometer seeks an Associate Product Manager skilled in customer feedback and product data. Work across teams to improve health and wellness software experiences.

You will report to the Product Team Manager while collaborating with product managers and partners across Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Customer Support. Coaching will support your product judgment and delivery skills. You will begin with defined features before owning scoped work through launch and subsequent learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify product opportunities through feedback, data, and user conversations
- Contact and interview users during supported discovery activities
- Define problems, outcomes, measures, requirements, and scope
- Write requirements, acceptance criteria, decisions,



and next steps
- Coordinate features with Engineering, Design, and QA partners

Requirements:

- Experience contributing to digital product work or related fields
- Clear written and verbal communication across teams
- Ability to organize details and follow through on commitments
- Comfort using customer feedback and basic product metrics
- Curiosity, openness to feedback, and sound judgment
