This position manages selection, orientation, training, performance management, succession planning, compensation, and department communication. It also requires product knowledge, merchandising, ordering, receiving, rotation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, motivate, and develop department employees
- Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, and financial targets
- Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present products
- Maintain food safety, occupational health, and regulatory procedures
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
- Meat experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of total store and department operations
- Financial report, budgeting, and Microsoft Office experience
