Practice primary care with Perennial as a part-time Nurse Practitioner in Regina, Saskatchewan, assessing and managing older adults’ health conditions. Work days only, without evenings or weekends.

This Nurse Practitioner position supports seniors through integrated on-site and virtual care in retirement residences. You will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while educating older adults, families, and caregivers. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team supports residents’ health, activity, and comfort at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of hands-on nursing practice

- Current positive-standing NP registration with the CRNS
