As a full time IT Service Lead, you report to the IT Director and lead teams and managed service providers. You manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure supporting JORI’s logistics operations. The work spans network administration, Azure resources, vendor oversight, disaster recovery, security, and IT change management. You also support cross-functional initiatives and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily IT service delivery across internal systems
- Lead major incident response and escalation
- Manage servers, networks, virtualization, and storage systems




- Administer Azure resources, backups, and monitoring tools
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Requirements:

- Strong troubleshooting and research skills
- Understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls
- Windows and Linux server administration experience
- Proficiency with Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, backups, and failover systems
