Magnolia House seeks a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse for its community-based mental health facility. You will support psychiatric patients independently and within interdisciplinary teams. The work includes education, care planning, collaboration, and maintaining clinical competence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to assigned psychiatric patients
- Consult and collaborate with health care providers
- Educate and support clients and families
- Plan and implement patient care plans
- Manage aggressive and suicidal behaviour

Requirements:

- Current BCCNP registration as Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
- Mental Health Nursing certification or two years’ recent psychiatric experience
- Knowledge of mental health treatments and community resources
- Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
