Deliver patient-centered care as a Pharmacist, using medication reviews, injections, and empathetic counseling to support community health and wellness.

You will support a pharmacy team committed to exceptional care and patients’ expectations. Provide clinical services including disease state management, adherence support, health risk assessments, and vaccinations. Counsel patients and caregivers about recent therapies, tailoring communication to literacy, hearing loss, privacy, and individual concerns. Initiate care plans, complete documentation, and collaborate with colleagues across professional programs. Support seamless care through all areas of Fusion while maintaining prescription safety, regulatory compliance, and current pharmacy knowledge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing provincially
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
- Current pharmacy practice and regulatory knowledge
