Own multi-province payroll and benefits for PRI from Toronto, Ontario or Kelowna, British Columbia, using Payworks and advanced Excel. This full-time permanent role supports three companies.

As Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll for 150 to 200 employees, growing toward 300. The role requires Canadian payroll expertise, benefits administration, and payroll-to-ledger reconciliation. You will maintain compliance across provinces while partnering with Human Resources and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process scheduled payroll for salaried, hourly, and field employees
- Administer hires, leaves, terminations, and Records of Employment
- Complete remittances, year-end filings, T4s, and reconciliations
- Administer perks, retirement contributions,



invoices, and renewals
- Maintain aligned payroll, HR, and finance system data

Requirements:

- PCP designation or completion in progress
- Five or more years of Canadian full-cycle payroll experience
- Multi-province and multi-entity payroll experience
- Benefits, retirement, CRA, employment standards, and workers’ compensation knowledge
- Advanced Excel and general ledger reconciliation skills
