This Architectural Designer supports a full-service integrated design-build team spanning architecture, engineering, project management, and construction. The work connects design with construction professionals. You will contribute to site planning, building-code research, presentation materials, permit documents, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
- Research building codes, zoning, and local design ordinances
- Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and design renderings




- Review project scopes with construction project managers
- Coordinate construction documents with managers and consultants

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Two or more years of relevant design experience
- Required Autodesk Revit experience
- Presentation and construction drawing development ability
- Preferred AutoCAD, Forma, Enscape, or Lumion experience
