The Clinical Manager provides strategic and operational leadership within the Women’s and Children’s Health Program. This role oversees quality, patient safety, people, financial stewardship, and measurable program priorities. Working with physicians, midwives, nurses, patients, families, and partners, the Manager uses evidence and data to improve care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality, safety, clinical practice, and daily Birthing Services operations
- Strengthen patient- and family-centered care with patients and families
- Manage budgets, resources, and performance analytics responsibly
- Build engaged teams through coaching,



development, recognition, and expectations
- Lead service planning for the SHAH Family Hospital

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and current Ontario nursing registration
- Master’s degree in a health-related field
- Three to five years of health care leadership experience
- Five years of Women’s and Children’s clinical experience
- Robust financial, project-management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
