IMP Solutions, a division of IMP Group Limited, is seeking an experienced IT Administrator for its Managed Services team. You will support client IT environments, act as an escalation point for front-line support, and help maintain secure, reliable systems. The position uses Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and network infrastructure knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor alerts and own reported end-user issues
- Document incidents and service requests in ticketing systems
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Administer servers, including Active Directory, RDS,



and backups
- Support firewalls, routing, switching, and network performance

Requirements:

- Three or more years of back-office or Service Desk experience
- Computer Science education or equivalent experience
- Understanding of operating systems and network environments
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
