This Security Service Technician supports installed systems, including complex equipment and software. The position responds to customer calls, performs maintenance, completes small projects, and provides technical support. It also requires programming, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and solid customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer, maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service calls
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex systems
- Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and job tracking
- Provide technical support to end users and field labour




- Mentor technicians and guide equipment testing and adjustment

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of previous field service experience
- Advanced electronic security systems experience and programming skills
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude using hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license with frequent jobsite visits required
- Diploma in Electronics or relevant trade experience preferred
