As a single contributor, the Manager, Cloud FinOps oversees financial operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role develops AI cost transparency, attribution, forecasting, and optimization while partnering with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Application, and Technology teams. It supports Canada Life's cloud growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor cloud financial data across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
- Develop AI cost transparency and structured attribution practices
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Implement cost-allocation, chargeback, and show-back models




- Produce cloud and AI financial reporting and dashboards

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of FinOps experience focused on AI FinOps
- Experience with at least two major public cloud providers
- FinOps Certified Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of cloud billing, utilization, and cost-management models
- Ability to translate technical and financial information into actionable insights
