As a Business Systems Analyst, you will liaise between teams and business stakeholders on enhancements and current developments. You will define scope and objectives, manage process design, and support moderately complex initiatives. Your work includes user journeys, APIs, UI/UX, data projects, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define business functional specifications and user journeys
- Plan user acceptance testing and create test data
- Analyze data gaps and develop conversion mapping tables
- Communicate project issues, risks, and updates




- Support program managers with project management tasks

Requirements:

- Four or more years in software application development
- Experience with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Post-secondary education in business, information technology, or computer science
- Guidewire certification required or attainable within three months
