As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design reliable software with TypeScript, Python, or C#. Your work includes REST or GraphQL APIs, data modelling, system architecture, and observability. You will collaborate with product and frontend teams while applying engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy production backend services end-to-end
- Design and version REST or GraphQL APIs
- Make decisions about data models and service boundaries
- Query relational and NoSQL databases for use cases
- Write tested code and configure observability
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on TypeScript, Python, or C# experience
- Up-to-date Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure experience
- System design, SQL, and NoSQL database knowledge
