Use SQL and Business Intelligence tools as an Analytics Consultant supporting evidence-based decisions at North York General in Toronto. This is a full time regular position with day shifts.

As an Analytics Consultant in Decision Support, you will work with health system administrators and professionals. The position supports reporting, quality improvement, resource utilization, benchmarking, and clinical data analysis. You will communicate findings to stakeholders and management while coordinating multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate clinical and administrative data for decision-support reports
- Extract data using SQL, Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau, R, or Python
- Provide analytical advice, presentations, and stakeholder consulting
- Perform benchmarking, validation,



and quality-control reviews
- Coordinate Decision Support projects through project-management phases

Requirements:

- Degree in Health Information or a related field
- Three to five years working with databases and health information systems
- Expert SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau, R, or Python
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
