RONA is seeking a Manager, DC Productivity – East in Boucherville to lead strategic productivity initiatives across the distribution network. The role partners with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain and Technology to drive measurable efficiency gains, optimize inventory flow and standardize processes.

You will manage a team of productivity specialists, establish priorities, develop business cases, track perks and report progress to leadership forums.
