Job Description

ZEROCOR is seeking adetail-orientedand proactiveInventory & Logistics Analysttoenhanceour supply chain and operational efficiency.Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role isessentialforensuringseamless coordinationamongmarketing, sales support, and operations.

The successful candidate will manage theentirelifecycle of purchase orders,negotiate with vendors, and overseeraw material inventory across our network.You willserve asa key liaison,fosteringstrong relationships with vendors and customers to procure assets and ensure the successfulcompletionof the sales process.

Key Duties&Responsibilities;

- RelationshipManagement:Build and maintain strategic partnershipswith suppliers to leverage theirtechnical capabilities andachievebusiness objectives.
- Sales Support:Collaborateclosely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommendappropriatetechnical product solutions.
- InquiryResolution:Applycritical thinking to present solutions for supply chain disruptions and provide prompt, professionalresponses tointernal and externalinquiriesaboutmaterial availability, shortages, orlogistics.




- Market Growth Support:Identify opportunities to increase market share by optimizing delivery methods andenhancingservice quality.

Procurement & Purchasing

- Strategic Sourcing:Generaterequests for quotes (RFQs)for pipe, pups, accessories, and freight; analyze quotes based on price, lead times, and historical vendor performance.
- Procurement & Margin Analysis:Utilizepricing justification tools to calculate profit margins anddocumentcosts for accurate financial tracking.
- Cost Optimization:Monitor supplier performance and lead cost-saving initiatives toenhancethe bottom line.

Inventory & Logistics Management

- Operations Coordination:Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Logistics Oversight:Managethemovement and assembly of pipes, ensuring all ERP system entries (includingpurchases, transfers,andchanges) are completed accurately.
- Problem Solving:Resolve discrepanciesin inventory assetsduringthe pre-sale, post-sale, and release stages to ensure seamless project execution.

Reporting&Auditing;

- Data Analysis:Generate monthly management reports, including sales data and inventory reconciliation.
- Auditing:Lead routine inventory audits and reconcile physical yard records with digital system levels.





Product & Technical Expertise

- Inventory Mastery:Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory, including size, grade, weight, length, and thread connections.
- Process Familiarity:Understand thedifferences between international and domestic products, as well as the capabilities ofthird-party processors and vendors.
- Technical Support:Deliver clear technical information to the sales team regarding value-added environmental solutions and relevant product recommendations.

Education & Experience

- Education:Asecondary education is required. Post-secondary training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is strongly preferred.
- Experience:A minimum of2years of experience incustomer service, salesoperations support, purchasing, or inventory management is considered an asset.
- Systems:ProficientskillsinMicrosoft 365andSharePointare necessary.Experience withCin7Core(InventoryManagement)andXERO(Accounting)is a significant advantage.
- Technical Aptitude:Ability to learn and manage complex inventory standards, includingorder dimensions,metric tons,andchemistry limitations.
