Coordinate office operations for TSMC’s North America Software Center in Vancouver, Washington, using organization and cross-functional communication. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

As an experienced Office Operations Administrator, you will support NASC leadership and employees across administration, HR coordination, finance, procurement, facilities, and cross-regional operations. Your work will help establish scalable processes for a growing software engineering organization. You will coordinate with TSMC North America organizations, headquarters in Taiwan, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative and operational activities for NASC
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, interviews, and recruiting logistics
- Process invoices, expenses, reimbursements, purchases, and documentation




- Support facilities, workspace planning, access, and office expansion
- Coordinate activities across TSMC North America and Taiwan

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing multiple operational responsibilities
- Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
