Requirements:

- Five years of Kraft pulp machine leadership experience
- Engineering, Science, or Technology degree or diploma preferred
- Experience with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Robust technical and structured problem-solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement training considered an asset
