As Production Manager, you will coordinate production across a modular manufacturing facility supporting residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work with design, engineering, procurement, and quality control teams. The role combines scheduling, safety, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee production activities and achieve goals efficiently and safely
- Develop schedules supporting on-time modular unit delivery
- Lead supervisors, workers, and technicians through training

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
