Lead complex RFx responses as a Senior Proposal Writer at Benevity, using exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills. This is a 12 month contract with a adaptable hybrid approach.

You will own high-value proposals from kickoff through submission while partnering with Sales and subject matter experts. The role includes RFx intake, bid/no-bid recommendations, quality assurance, and content library governance. You will also mentor writers and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex RFx responses from kickoff through submission
- Write executive summaries, cover letters, narratives, and questionnaires
- Manage RFx intake, triage, and bid/no-bid recommendations
- Review submissions for compliance, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice
- Own Loopio content library structure and governance

Requirements:

- Five or more years managing RFx responses
- Experience with complex, high-value proposals
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong project management across multiple RFx deadlines
- Experience with Loopio or similar RFx software
