Lead public works operations in Dettah and Ndilǫ, overseeing water, sewer, roads, waste services, and field teams. This full time term role includes regular travel between communities.

As Operations Manager, you will direct daily operation and maintenance for YKDFN public works services and assets. Reporting to the Director, Public Works & Infrastructure, you will coordinate crews, schedules, safety, water quality monitoring, records, purchasing, and invoices. The six-month term supports reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate trucked water delivery and sewage pump-out services
- Manage roads, snow clearing, cemetery, and garbage operations
- Lead field supervisors and staff through crew scheduling
- Maintain fleet, equipment, facilities,



and public grounds
- Prepare schedules, records, purchases, invoices, and reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years in public works, municipal operations, or maintenance
- At least two years supervising field crews
- Diploma or certificate in a related technical field
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
- Microsoft Office and accurate records management proficiency
