As a Canada P&C; Actuarial Manager, you will lead project teams serving insurance and reinsurance clients. You will manage delivery while supporting analysts’ technical and client-facing development. Your work spans reserving, capital management, pricing, IFRS 17, and reserve transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project teams delivering reserve, capital, and pricing analyses
- Manage objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets
- Develop trusted client advisor relationships through effective communication




- Coach analysts through mentorship and technical leadership

Requirements:

- FCIA or ACIA/ACAS designation with seven-plus years’ relevant experience
- Canadian insurance, reinsurance, actuarial, or consulting environment experience
- Membership in a recognized actuarial qualified association
- Robust analytical, interpersonal, and team skills
- Experience managing complex projects within budget and timelines
