As an IT Specialist – Finance, you connect Finance leadership with Technology across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A;, Treasury, and Compliance. You translate priorities into structured initiatives, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes. The work combines strategic planning, governance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Finance IT strategies and multi-year roadmaps with process owners
- Translate business needs into initiatives, business cases, and outcomes
- Prioritize Finance technology demand, enhancements, and continuous improvement




- Support OPEX and CAPEX planning with traceable funding decisions
- Improve workflows through automation, analytics, and standardized processes

Requirements:

- Strong end-to-end Finance process knowledge and corporate experience
- Enterprise systems experience, particularly SAP and related platforms
- Experience partnering with BPOs, senior leaders, and Technology teams
- Knowledge of governance, controls, budgets, and portfolio management
- Working knowledge of agile, incremental, and MVP-based delivery
