Navacord’s Senior Benefits Consultant manages an assigned portfolio and serves as a senior advisor throughout each client lifecycle. The position combines proactive consulting, client service, plan education, and collaboration with analysts and coordinators. It also supports retention, prospecting, referrals, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned group benefits clients as primary senior contact
- Advise on plan design, products, services, and administration
- Review claims experience and present performance recommendations
- Lead renewal discussions and educate plan members
- Negotiate rates and contractual terms with insurance carriers

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years in group insurance or benefits
- Life Licence Qualification Program required
- Strong group insurance product and service knowledge
- Excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- GBA or CEBS designation strongly preferred
