You will deliver hands-on IT consulting across cloud and on-premises environments while guiding colleagues through priorities, technical decisions, and escalations. The work includes troubleshooting, project delivery, client communication, documentation, and coordination with account executives and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises client environments
- Triage requests, resolve escalations, and investigate recurring issues
- Distribute work, coach colleagues, and review delivery quality
- Explain technical options,



risks, and service expectations
- Coordinate proposals, estimates, changes, and project handoffs

Requirements:

- At least five years of IT consulting experience
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience
- Windows Server, identity, virtualization, backup, and network experience
- Ability to prioritize requests and explain recommendations clearly
- Canadian work authorization, regional residence, licence, and vehicle
