Support HubSpot, revenue data, and go-to-market operations as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Alvéole in Montreal. Work onsite Monday through Thursday, remotely Fridays.

This permanent, full-time role supports BDRs, AEs, Account Managers, and their managers. You will troubleshoot systems, maintain CRM data, provide reporting, and improve operational processes. You will collaborate with the RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer as Revenue Operations evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage daily Revenue Operations requests and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate CRM and revenue data across connected systems
- Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes
- Extract, clean, and validate recurring and ad-hoc reporting data




- Simplify processes and automate repetitive operational tasks

Requirements:

- At least two years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or B2B Sales
- Strong hands-on CRM experience with records, workflows, reports, and data hygiene
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills
- Qualified fluency in English
- HubSpot, SQL, BigQuery, or n8n experience is an asset
