As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Manulife, you will own requirements for medium-sized initiatives from inception through advantages realization. You will connect strategy with delivery, analyze complex processes and systems, and clarify underlying business needs. The work includes data analysis, integration requirements, and collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and document stakeholder decisions
- Analyze cross-system processes and identify root causes




- Guide data analysis and solution recommendations
- Lead user acceptance testing and business validation

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of business analysis experience
- Advanced elicitation, facilitation, and requirements traceability
- SQL, data modelling, and integration mapping experience
- REST APIs and system architecture understanding
- Experience mentoring analysts and challenging requirements constructively
