Juno Veterinary, Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email, SMS, and CRM across the full customer lifecycle. You will architect and manage the platform, segmentation, and deliverability, driving onboarding, reactivation, and win-back journeys.

You will design and optimize referral programs, oversee Voice of Customer initiatives, and partner with Care to drive retention and LTV. This role offers leadership and significant autonomy in strategy and execution.
