This Registered Nurse position coordinates patient support program services for patients, physicians, and healthcare providers. You will manage enrollment, clinical monitoring, patient follow-up, therapy support, and provider communication. The work includes clinic visits, telephone support, data entry, and medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Register patients and healthcare providers according to program protocols
- Provide disease, therapy, and adherence education
- Monitor cases, collect data, and report adverse events
- Coordinate coverage, funding, reimbursement,



and patient advocacy
- Liaise with clinics, pharmacies, physicians, and infusion providers

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse in valuable standing provincially
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Current CPR certificate and liability insurance proof
- Oncology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology experience
- Patient Support Program experience is an asset
