Reporting to the Business Technology & AI Lead, this mid-to-senior engineer supports Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. The role also covers networking, development, device management, and security controls. Algo manufactures and supplies audio and video communication products for industrial communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily IT, Microsoft administration, infrastructure, networking, and employee support
- Coordinate external providers and maintain documentation, backup access, and recovery arrangements
- Review systems, identify gaps, recommend changes, and implement improvements
- Manage devices, configurations, access, repairs,



replacements, and equipment tracking
- Support ISO 27001 controls, evidence, actions, and program ownership

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of relevant mid-to-senior technical experience
- Independent ability to understand, write, modify, and debug code
- Solid Microsoft administration across stated Microsoft 365 services
- Networking knowledge covering firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Strong PowerShell plus Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# experience
