The domain name and email security team is looking for a DNS configuration specialist. As a DNS and Email Security Management Advisor, you’ll use your knowledge of DNS administration while developing your expertise in a large and complex technology workplace. You’ll advise and support a variety of stakeholders with their domain name, DNS configuration and email security needs. You’ll also contribute to the team’s day-to-day operations, investigate and resolve technical issues, and help deploy and improve safeguards that protect our online presence and email communications. - Deploy email and DNS infrastructure security controls at scale.
- Continuously improve the security posture of internet domains and messaging services.
- Diagnose non-standard issues and recommend tailored solutions.
- Coordinate complex operations, handle non-standard cases and improve processes.
- Implement best security practices for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DNSSEC and other protocols.
- Help project teams implement DNS configurations for email services and security.
- Contribute to the team’s day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues.

What You Bring To The Table

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of experience in systems administration, network administration or a related field
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience deploying and operating email security protocols
- Hands-on experience analyzing, investigating and resolving problems
- Experience drafting technical documentation and procedures
- Experience managing complex projects and implementing innovative solutions
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple work tickets at the same time
