Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor, you will prepare quotations for internal and external clients according to their specific needs. The position requires market trend knowledge, Incoterms expertise, and attention to profitability. You will coordinate with Sales, Import, Export, and Operations teams while using established technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare shipping quotations using the rate management system
- Apply Incoterms, transport modes, weights, dimensions, and volumes
- Maintain pricing strategies and profitability objectives
- Negotiate rates and terms with service providers
- Coordinate information transfers after quotation acceptance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of freight forwarding experience
- Experience in operations or pricing with a freight forwarder
- Advanced written and spoken English and French
- Ability to interpret and apply Incoterms accurately
- Robust negotiation, communication, and service skills
