Apply AI, LLM, and software safety expertise at CS Group Canada on a full-time permanent role supporting safety-critical system analysis.

As a Software Safety Engineer, you will accelerate SW-FMEA through a two-phase agile safety architecture. The work combines LLM, RAG, C/C++, and CI/CD development. You will modernize analysis processes within the ZHAP improvement initiative, improving coverage and reducing analysis time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop LLM and RAG solutions for automated SW-FMEA generation
- Analyze C/C++ code with LLMs and AST parsers
- Trace SW-FMEA analyses to source-code safety mechanisms
- Implement CI/CD checks for critical safety mechanism changes
- Integrate outputs with Jira, Jama, and Polarion

Requirements:

- Experience with LLM, RAG, and Knowledge Graph solutions
- Understanding of SW-FMEA, ISO 26262, and systems engineering
- Experience analyzing C/C++ code with AST parsers
- CI/CD automation experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bazel
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and API integration development
