Own Canada’s sundries strategy for Dulux and Sico paint stores through assortment leadership, vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotions. Shape the portfolio across Canada.

As Category Manager, you will lead the sundries business end to end across multiple product categories. You will build sales and margin plans, review assortments, manage vendors, and optimize stocking models. This work supports the broader paint business and strengthens the in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build sales and margin growth plans for sundries
- Review assortments, identify gaps, and rationalize underperforming SKUs
- Own promotional and marketing plans by customer segment
- Negotiate vendor costs, terms, funding, rebates, and contracts




- Optimize inventory levels and track category performance

Requirements:

- 5+ years in category management, merchandising, buying, or product marketing
- Retail, home improvement, building materials, or specialty hardgoods experience
- Robust financial, analytical, sales, margin, and inventory skills
- Experience leading promotions and negotiating directly with vendors
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; bilingual English and French an asset
